Vegan Bryndza Stir Fry
A twist on traditional bryndza stir fry, this vegan version replaces traditional cheese with a fermented option.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Fermented bryndza cheese alternative
- β1 bunch Tender broccoli florets
- β2 tbsp Vegan stir-fry oil
- β1 large Sliced onions
- β2 large Sliced bell peppers
- β1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat the stir-fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they begin to soften, about 3 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms, and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.

Add the broccoli and cook until it reaches your desired level of tenderness, about 3-5 minutes.

Stir in the fermented bryndza cheese alternative and cook until it's melted and well combined with the vegetables.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with additional sliced onions and bell peppers if desired.
