Crunchy Velvet Wrap
A sweet and crunchy treat made with velvet, gelatin, and wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 Wrap
- β2 tablespoons Gelatin
- β1 cup VelvetCrushed or chopped velvet for garnish
- β2 tablespoons SugarOptional, for added sweetness
Instructions

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1 tablespoon of water and let it sit for 2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and crushed velvet.

Place the wrap on a flat surface and brush the edges with water.

Sprinkle the gelatin mixture evenly over the center of the wrap.

Top the gelatin mixture with the velvet-sugar mixture.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap tightly.

Place the roll seam-side down on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the roll into slices and serve.

Garnish with additional crushed velvet if desired.
