Tamarind BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- ●2 pounds pork ribsbaby back ribs or spare ribs
- ●1 cup tamarind BBQ saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●2 tablespoons velvety BBQ rubstore-bought or homemade
- ●1 tablespoon brown sugaroptional
- ●2 tablespoons apple cider vinegaroptional

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ rub and brown sugar (if using).

Apply the rub evenly to both sides of the ribs.

Place the ribs in a large baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

Brush the ribs with tamarind BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
