Bun Bao Burgers
A twist on traditional burgers using velvety buns and Australian-style bao for a unique flavor experience.
Ingredients
- β4 Australian BaoSoft and fluffy bao
- β4 Velvety BunsSoft and slightly sweet buns
- β1 lb Ground Beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β1 head LettuceRomaine or iceberg lettuce
- β2 medium TomatoesFresh and juicy
- β1 cup CheeseShredded cheddar or mozzarella
- β1/4 cup MayonnaiseOr to taste

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Form the ground beef into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Meanwhile, toast the velvety buns on the grill or in a toaster.
