Malaysian Quesadilla Delight
A unique twist on traditional quesadillas, combining the flavors of Malaysia with melty cheese.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Monterey Jack CheeseShredded
- β4 oz Malaysian Quesadilla CheeseShredded
- β2 cups Bitter GreensChopped
- β1 cup Velvety SauceStore-bought or homemade
- β4 TortillaLarge flour tortillas
- β2 oz Jack CheeseShredded
- β1 tsp Chili FlakesOptional
- β1 tsp Vegetable OilFor brushing tortillas
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Brush both sides of the tortillas with vegetable oil.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Add a spoonful of velvety sauce and chopped bitter greens on top of the cheese.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also crispy and the cheese is melted.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.

Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
