- β2 tbsp Buttery
- β1 tsp Stirground black pepper
- β1 tsp Frygarlic powder

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add buttery.

Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until it reaches 135Β°F for medium-rare.
