Sweet Date Pilaf
A traditional Chinese pilaf dish with a sweet twist from dates and a hint of citrus.

- β2 cups Pilaf
- β1/2 cup Datespitted and chopped
- β2 tbsp Velvetysesame oil substitute
- β2 tbsp Citrusyorange juice or zest

Instructions

Heat Velvety in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add Pilaf and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add Dates and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
