Earthy Polish Stew
A hearty, comforting stew that combines the earthy flavors of vegetables with the richness of polish sausage. Serve with crusty bread for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Polish sausage
- β2 medium, peeled and chopped Carrots
- β3 medium, peeled and chopped Potatoes
- β1 medium, chopped Onions
- β1 cup, sliced Mushrooms
- β2 cups Earthy broth
- β1/4 cup Velvety cream
- β1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh parsley

Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced polish sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
