Algerian Chicken Stir Fry
A rich and flavorful Algerian-inspired stir fry made with tender chicken and velvety sauce. Serve with a side of earthy vegetables for a well-rounded meal.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/2 cup velvety saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β2 medium carrotsliced
- β fryfor stir-frying
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
