Lentil Stew

- β2 tablespoons velvetyoptional
- β1 teaspoon egyptian spicesa mix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 can tomatodiced
- β4 cups wateror vegetable broth
