Taleggio Lasagna with Australian Spinach

- ●8 oz taleggio cheesevelvety
- ●3 cloves garlicminced

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped Australian spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.

In a separate saucepan, melt taleggio cheese over low heat, stirring occasionally.

To assemble the lasagna, create a layer of cooked noodles, followed by a layer of spinach mixture, and then a layer of taleggio cheese. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of taleggio cheese on top.
