German Pepper Casserole
A hearty, flavorful German-inspired casserole filled with tender peppers and a rich, velvety sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Velvetybechamel sauce
- ●1 loaf German breadstale
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●to taste Salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the peppers and onion into large pieces.

In a large skillet, sauté the peppers and onion in a little bit of oil until tender.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the bechamel sauce and cook until heated through.

Cut the stale bread into small pieces and add to the skillet.
