Tart Tatin French Crumble
A twist on the classic French dessert, combining the caramelized flavors of a Tatin with a crunchy praline topping.
Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the tart pastry and place it in a 9-inch (23cm) tart pan with a removable bottom.

Arrange the apple halves in a concentric circle pattern, leaving a 1-inch (2.5cm) border around the edges.

Drizzle the herbal honey over the apples.

Dot the top of the apples with French butter.

Fold the edges of the pastry up over the apples, pressing gently to seal.

Sprinkle the praline evenly over the pastry.

Bake for 25 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the apples are tender.
