Herbal Beef Tripe Stir Fry
A savory and aromatic stir fry made with tender beef tripe, infused with herbal flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef tripecleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons herbal stir-fry sauce
- β1/4 cup chopped scallions
- β1 cup sliced bell peppers
- β1 cup sliced carrots
- β1 cup sliced mushrooms
- β1 teaspoon fish sauce
- β1 teaspoon soy sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef tripe and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chopped scallions and cook for 1 minute, until wilted.

Return the cooked beef tripe to the skillet and stir in the herbal stir-fry sauce, fish sauce, and soy sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the beef tripe is coated.
