Myeolchi Noodle Stir Fry
A Japanese-inspired stir fry with myeolchi, noodles, and a hint of anchovy umami. This dish is a fusion of sweet and savory flavors, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β200g Myeolchidried myeolchi
- β200g Japanese Noodlesthin, curly noodles
- β10 Anchovycanned anchovy fillets

- β2 tbsp Soy Saucefor marinade
- β1 tsp Sugaroptional
- β1/4 cup Green Onionschopped
