Japanese-Style Cabbage Bowl
A simple and healthy Japanese-inspired dish made with sautéed cabbage and topped with a velvety sauce.
Ingredients

Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sesame oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.

Add the cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until it starts to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
