Mediterranean Pudding Dessert
A creamy and refreshing dessert inspired by the Mediterranean region, perfect for warm weather.

- β1 cup Mediterranean pudding
- β1 envelope (0.25 oz) Velvety gelatinUnflavored and unsweetened
- β1 cup Light whipped cream
- β1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it sit for 2 minutes to soften.

In a medium saucepan, combine the Mediterranean pudding and the softened gelatin. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has dissolved.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the whipped cream until well combined.

Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
