Eastern Style Avocado Stir Fry
A delicious and healthy stir fry dish inspired by Eastern cuisine, featuring velvety tofu and creamy avocado.
Ingredients
- β250g velvety tofucut into small cubes
- β2 avocadocut into small pieces
- β1 tsp middle eastern spice blendavailable at most grocery stores
- β2 tbsp stir fry oilvegetable or peanut oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- βto taste saltoptional
- βto taste pepperoptional
Instructions

Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
