Eastern Chickpea Wrap
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with eastern flavors and chickpea goodness. Serve with a side of hummus for dipping.

- β1 can (14.5 oz) ChickpeasDrained and rinsed
- β1/4 cup HummusFor serving
- β2 large Pita breadSoft and slightly warmed
- β1 cup, chopped LettuceFor garnish
- β1 cup, diced TomatoFor garnish
- β1/2 cup, sliced CucumberFor garnish
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced Red onionFor garnish
- β2 tbsp TahiniFor dressing
- β2 tbsp Lemon juiceFor dressing

Instructions

Warm pita bread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spread 2 tbsp of hummus on each pita half.

Top with chickpeas, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
