Korean-Style Beetroot Stir Fry
A sweet and savory stir fry made with tender beetroot and a hint of Korean chili flakes. Perfect as a side dish or a light lunch.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Velvety Soy Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β3 cloves Nostalgic Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakesgochugaru
- β2 tbsp Stir Fry Oilvegetable or peanut oil

Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced beetroot and cook for 5 minutes, until tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the velvety soy sauce and Korean chili flakes.
