Vietnamese Nostalgia Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry with a nostalgic twist, inspired by the flavors of Vietnam.

Ingredients
- β2 tbsp Velvety saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Stir-fry noodlesrice stick or rice noodles
- β1/2 cup Peanutschopped
- β1 tsp Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1/4 cup Onionthinly sliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Snow peastrimmed and sliced

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until the onion is translucent.

Add the noodles and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until they start to brown.

Add the snow peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
