Irish Crumble Cake
A moist and crumbly Irish-inspired cake that combines the flavors of velvety and nut.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 Large eggs
- β1/4 cup Velvety Irish cream
- β1 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
- β2 tsp Baking powder
- β1/2 cup Ground walnuts
- β1 cup Irish crumble mix
- β1 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by Irish cream.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Stir in ground walnuts.

Pour batter into prepared cake pan and smooth top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

While cake is baking, prepare Irish crumble mix according to package instructions.
