- β1 cup Egyptian RiceLong-grain rice
- β1 cup Velvety Basmati RiceFor serving
- β2 tbsp Vegetable OilFor cooking
- β1 medium OnionChopped

- β1 tsp Ground CuminGround
- β1 tsp Ground CorianderGround

- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until translucent.
