Polish Potato Dumplings
A traditional Polish dish made with potato dumplings, perfect for a hearty lunch. Serve with a side of velvety sauce for extra flavor.

- β1/2 pound polish sausage (optional)
- β1 medium onion
- β1 teaspoon caraway seeds
