Lemongrass Tagine Stew

- β2 tbsp algerianuse ras el hanout spice blend

- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 medium carrots
- β2 medium potatoes
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add carrots and potatoes; cook for 5 minutes.
