Croatian Beef Skewers
Tender beef skewers marinated in a rich and flavorful Croatian-inspired sauce, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup velvety red wine (1/2 cup)
- β1/4 cup rich olive oil (1/4 cup)
- β2 teaspoons croatian paprika (2 teaspoons)
- β3 cloves garlic (3 cloves)

In a large bowl, whisk together the red wine, olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
