Malaysian Velvety Gruyere Fritters
A rich and creamy take on traditional fritters, infused with the bold flavors of Malaysia. These bite-sized treats are perfect as a snack or appetizer.

- β1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- β1/4 cup Velvety sauce
- β2 Beaten eggs
- β1/2 cup Milk
- βto taste Salt

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

4. Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture into the hot oil, about 1 tablespoon each.
