Beef and Mushroom Dumplings
Hearty beef and mushroom dumplings in a rich and savory sauce, inspired by Russian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β500g Ground Beef
- β200g Mushroomfinely chopped
- β250g All-purpose Flour
- β20 pieces Dumplings
- β100g Onionfinely chopped
- β20ml Vegetable Oil
- β5g Salt
- β2g Black Pepper
- β250ml Velvety Sauce

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add dumplings and cook until they float to the surface, about 5 minutes.

Drain dumplings and add them to the pan with the beef and mushroom mixture.
