Slovakian Beef Stew with a Twist
A Chinese-Style Beef Stew made with a unique twist of Slovakian flavors, served hot and steaming.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Velvety BeefSlice into thin strips
- β2 large Slovakian PepperSlice into thin rings
- β2 tablespoons Lime JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon Stew Seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 large Carrots
- β2 large Potatoes

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, sliced peppers, and minced garlic to the wok.

Cook until the peppers are tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots and potatoes to the wok, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the cooked beef, stew seasoning, soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger to the wok.

Stir-fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes.
