Vegan Smoked Rice Pilaf
A flavorful and comforting vegan side dish made with smoked rice and pilaf, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Pilafany type of rice pilaf
- β2 cups Velvety vegetable brothhomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium Chopped onionany color
- β2 cloves Minced garlicor 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- β1 medium Diced bell pepperany color
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsleyoptional
- β1 teaspoon Saltor to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepperor to taste

Heat the vegan broth in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
