Spicy Stir Fry
A spicy and savory stir fry dish made with chili, velvety sauce and mexic spices.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Chiliany color
- β2 tablespoons Velvety sauceany brand
- β1 teaspoon Mexic spicesany combination
- β1 tablespoon Olive oilfor frying
- β1 medium Onionschopped
- β1 medium Bell pepperschopped
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceoptional
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Stir-fry vegetablesany combination
Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onions and bell peppers and cook until they start to soften.

3. Add the chili and garlic and cook for another minute.

4. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook until they are tender.

5. In a small bowl, mix together the velvety sauce and soy sauce (if using).

6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.

7. Add the Mexic spices and stir to combine.
