Pan-Seared Wagyu Tartare with Ukrainian Pickles
A luxurious twist on the classic tartare dish, featuring the tender wagyu beef and paired with a tangy Ukrainian pickle.
Ingredients

- βto taste freshly ground black pepper
- β1/4 cup finely chopped shallotoptional
- β1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsleygarnish
- β2-3 ukrainian picklesstore-bought or homemade

Place the wagyu beef on a cutting board and chop it coarsely with a sharp knife.

In a small bowl, mix together the chopped shallot and a pinch of black pepper.

Add the chopped shallot mixture to the chopped beef and mix gently to combine.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
