Tunisian Chicken Tagine with Rocket Salad
A flavorful North African-inspired dish featuring chicken cooked in a rich and aromatic tagine sauce, served with a fresh rocket salad.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons tunisian tagine spice blendavailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β4 cups rocketfresh and chopped
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
