Vietnamese Cookies
A classic Vietnamese dessert, these cookies are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They're perfect for snacking or as a gift.
Ingredients
- β1 package Vietnamese Cookies
- β1 velvety
- β1 quang
- β1 cup mi
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup sugar
- β2 cups flour
- β1/2 cup butter
- β1 tsp vanilla
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, and vanilla.

Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter.
