Crispy Fried Rice

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauceoptional

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the fried rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
