Japanese Grilled Corn with Spicy Elote Topping
A twist on traditional Japanese grilled corn, topped with a spicy elote sauce.

- β1 cup mexicanelote sauce
- β1/4 cup vibrantdiced green chili peppers
- β1 tsp dryground cumin
- β1 tsp brinesoy sauce
- β2 limejuiced
- β1 tsp sugar

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill corn ears for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

In a small bowl, mix together elote sauce, cumin, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar.
