Crispy Fried Rice
A simple and delicious fried rice dish with a crispy twist.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Ricepreferably day-old rice
- β1/4 cup Vibrant Olivessliced or chopped
- β1/4 cup Syrian Olivespitted and sliced
- β1/4 cup Fried Olivesfor garnish
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor frying
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced syrian olives and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the vibrant olives and cook for an additional minute.

Push the olives to one side of the skillet.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the other side of the skillet.

Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Mix the rice with the olives and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Transfer the rice mixture to a serving platter.

Garnish with fried olives and serve immediately.
