Kenyan Chicken Stew
A flavorful and hearty stew from Kenya, made with tender chicken and vibrant spices.

- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 medium carrots
- β2 medium potatoes
- β2 teaspoons kenyan stew spice mix
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 medium vibrant red bell pepper
