Injera Bread
Traditional Ethiopian flatbread, often served with various stews and salads. Injera is made from teff flour.

Ingredients

- ●1 1/4 cups water
- ●1 teaspoon baking powder
- ●1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Mix teff flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.

Gradually add water and mix until a smooth batter is formed.

Let the batter rest for 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

Place a small amount of the batter onto the preheated bake stone or baking sheet.

Spread the batter evenly into a thin circle.
