Curry Cauliflower Polish Sausage
A flavorful curry dish made with polish sausage, cauliflower, and vibrant spices.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Polish sausageany type of polish sausage is fine
- ●1 head Caulifloweryou can use frozen cauliflower too
- ●2 teaspoons Vibrant curry powderadjust to taste
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 teaspoon Saltto taste
- ●1 teaspoon Black pepperto taste
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cook the polish sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned, then set aside.

3. In the same pan, add the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until softened.

4. Add the minced garlic and curry powder to the pan and cook for another minute.

5. Add the cauliflower to the pan and cook until it starts to soften.

6. Add the cooked polish sausage back to the pan and stir to combine.

7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
