- β6-8 Tacos shells
- β2 tbsp Date chutneyor to taste
- β1 Avocadodiced
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped

Instructions

Roast the sweet potatoes at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 20 minutes, or until tender.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add the diced peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
