Pan-Seared Fish with Peruvian Stew Sauce
A delicious and flavorful dish combining the freshness of Pan-Seared Fish with the boldness of Peruvian Stew Sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 Fish fillet (Salmon)Fresh fish, about 6 oz each
- β2 tbsp Vibrant Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Roasted Garlic
- β1 cup Peruvian Stew SauceHomemade or store-bought
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh Cilantro

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the vibrant olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the roasted garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute.

Add the fish fillets, skin side up (if they have skin), and sear for 2-3 minutes.

Flip the fish over and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

While the fish is cooking, heat the Peruvian Stew Sauce in a separate saucepan over medium heat.
