Uruguayan Kielbasa Wrap
A flavorful wrap filled with roasted vegetables and Uruguayan sausage. Perfect for a quick snack or light meal.

- β1 pound Kielbasa sausage
- β2 Vibrant bell peppersany color
- β1/2 cup Roasted red onionfrom a 400F oven for 30 minutes
- β1 Roasted Uruguayan tortillafrom a 400F oven for 5 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.

3. Place the peppers and onion on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, slice the Kielbasa into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

5. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

6. Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

7. Assemble the wrap by placing the Kielbasa, roasted peppers and onion, and tortilla inside the wrap.
