- β4 snappy carrotspeeled and chopped
- β1 pint vibrant cherry tomatoeshalved
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefor marinade
- β1 tsp spicy moroccan spice blendfor marinade
