Vibrant Tagine Pasta
A flavorful and colorful pasta dish inspired by the traditional North African tagine. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- ●8 oz pastalinguine or fettuccine work well
- ●1 cup taginechopped fresh tagine herbs
- ●1 cup vibrantchopped vibrant peppers
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 tsp polishsmoked paprika

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the vibrant peppers and tagine herbs to the skillet and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables and herbs.
