Spicy Japanese Udon Stir Fry
A vibrant and flavorful stir fry made with udon noodles, vegetables, and a spicy kick. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β2 vibrant bell peppersany color
- β2 tsp spicy miso paste
- β2 tbsp japanese soy sauce
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 tsp sesame seedsoptional
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the udon noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, vibrant bell peppers, and spicy miso paste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in the japanese soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.
