Spicy Korean Macaroni Stir Fry
A simple and spicy stir fry recipe using Korean chili flakes and macaroni.

Ingredients
- β8 oz Macaroniany shape will do
- β1 cup Vibrant Heiany variety of vibrant hei will work
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakesadjust to taste
- β1 tsp Sujebioptional, for added flavor

Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large wok or frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the vibrant hei and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.

Add the Korean chili flakes and stir-fry for another minute.

Add the cooked macaroni to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until combined with the hei and chili flakes.

Add the sujebi (if using) and stir-fry for another minute.

Season with salt to taste.
