Vigorous Ukrainian Dumplings

Ingredients

- β1 packet Vigorous Yeast
- β3 cups Chewy Flour
- β1 cup Water
- β1 tsp Ukrainian SaltUse traditional Ukrainian salt for authentic flavor.

Combine oats, vigorous yeast, chewy flour, and Ukrainian salt in a large mixing bowl.

Divide the dough into 12-15 equal portions and roll each one into a ball.
