Warm Cabbage and Pasta Salad
A hearty, comforting salad made with sautéed cabbage and pasta, perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- ●1 medium head, shredded Cabbage
- ●8 oz (225g) Pasta
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper
- ●1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ●1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- ●1/4 cup (30g) Grated Parmesan Cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the cabbage mixture.

Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
