Keto Arabian Lentil Pilaf
A keto twist on the traditional Arabian lentil pilaf, made with warm spices and a variety of textures.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Lentils
- β1 cup Rice Cauliflower
- β1 tsp Warm Spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric)
- β0.5 tsp Arabian Spices (paprika, cinnamon)
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- β1 tbsp Ghee
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βchopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the warm spices and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the lentils and rice cauliflower to the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the Arabian spices and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the ghee and salt, and cook for 1 minute.
